With a bulk wagon filler or silo wagon loader, you can automatically load products packed in big bags and/or loose bulk goods into bulk trucks, among other things.

Besides dumping big bags and loose bulk goods, it is also possible to dump directly with a shovel, wheel loader or bobcat into the bulk truck loader. Hereby, heights from 2 to 5.5 meters can be bridged. Our Bulk Truck Loaders have a capacity of 125 tons per hour, filling a bulk truck within 20 minutes. The Bulk Truck Loader in a nutshell

Covered conveyor belt

Our Bulk Truck Loaders are mobile conveyors with full over- and under-coverage. The use of a rubber conveyor provides high capacity, up to 125 tons/hour! A bulk truck loader with a conveyor belt has a higher capacity than a silo truck loader with a screw. The over and under cover ensures a closed and clean process when loading a silo trailer.

Large & deep input hopper

Besides pouring big bags and loose bulk goods, it is also possible to pour directly into the Bulk Wagon Filler with a shovel, wheel loader or bobcat. This is possible due to the extra wide & deep dumping hopper of the silo wagon loader which improves the flow of the product.

Sturdy Big Bag Crusher

The Bulk Cart Filler comes standard with a Big Bag Crusher (also called a Big Bag Spike). The sturdy Big Bag Spike pierces the bags to allow the material to empty. Using a forklift, the big bags can be lifted and emptied onto the Big Bag Skewer.

Output cone

The output cone is an attachment to guide the flow of products to the manhole. It is covered with rubber so that the silo car is not damaged.
