Storage is the part of storing and keeping goods, this is usually done in a shed or warehouse. This can include unloading a bulk carrier/bulk ship. Transshipment involves “moving goods or materials to and from a means of transportation. Transshipment includes, for example, the unloading, (loading) or transshipment of goods or materials. This is can than filling a bulk carrier/bulk barge.

The importance of efficient storage and transshipment technology is crucial to the logistics industry. It can save a lot of time and money. In addition, reliability and speed are even more important.

What kind of products can the conveyors handle?

Our conveyors are universally applicable in almost any industry where dry bulk goods need to be discharged. We offer various conveyors with special designs for the food industry, for example. Our mobile conveyors are used within the industry to transport biomass, salt, gravel and sand but also, for example, cocoa and coffee beans, flour, grains or soy.

Hall fillers/ship loaders

Our hall fillers, also called telescopic conveyors, do not consist of an assembly of belts, but of one continuous belt. The belt is equipped with an S-loop and in this way slides out without kink to easily load ships, containers or the like.

Heavy duty conveyors

Our conveyors are modular and can therefore be used in almost any situation. Because they are easy to operate, reliable and plug-and-play, anyone can use these conveyors. Our heavy duty conveyors deliver a high capacity whereby many meters can be made.

Dosing hoppers

Functional and professional hoppers are of great importance for fast and safe loading of ships and containers, for example. Hoppers are there for receiving the product to be transported. In industry, these machines are mainly called hoppers or feeders

Our range of mobile transshipment systems consists of a wide range of different conveyors, divisible into three overarching groups. These are ship loaders/hall fillers, heavy duty conveyors and hoppers.

These conveyors are most commonly used for moving bulk goods to or from storage locations, emptying or filling ships and more. Our mobile transfer systems are temporarily used in recycling and bulk handling to move high capacity bulk goods. We offer our customers the option to realize this from a purchase or rental agreement.

A recent project

One of our recent projects involved moving 5 tons of grain. Here in the port of Antwerp, a large bulk ship was emptied and storage fields were filled with grain.
