Store loaders

Our telescopic conveyors can slide in and out infinitely and thus have a range of 8 to 25 meters. Our store loaders are mainly used in agriculture for the storage of agricultural bulk goods such as celeriac, carrots, onions and potatoes.

Conveyors

Our machines can increase the production capacity of your agricultural production facility and will ensure that your harvest (e.g. potatoes) is efficiently and smoothly scoured. Because of the modular machines we offer, they can be used in any situation. Our machines are easy to operate, reliable and plug-and-play.

Dumpster

These cisterns are used when harvesting potatoes, onions, carrots and celeriac. Potatoes or onions, for example, are loaded into the chute with a dump truck. The bottom consists of a wide conveyor with adjustable speed for a dosed release of the product. Cisterns with cleaner ensure careful and efficient handling of the harvested product.

Duobands

Duo conveyors are compact units and consist of two linked conveyors. This construction allows them to be placed at an angle to each other, making them very flexible. Duobelts are easy to use and quick to deploy, to bridge large distances between unloading point and storage place.

Product safety and efficiency

Our telescopic conveyors can infinitely extend and retract and thus have a range of 8 to 25 meters far. Telescopic conveyors/hall loaders do not consist of an assembly of belts, but of one continuous belt. Due to the S-loop in the belt, it extends without kinking and therefore does not get a fall. Fragile products such as agricultural crops are therefore less likely to be damaged during transport. The drop height at the end of the tire should also be as small as possible. Therefore, the tires can be hydraulically adjusted in height so that the distance from the end of the tire to the dumping point is as small as possible.

Depending on the type of telescopic conveyor belt, it can go up to 13 meters in height. Store loaders can swing left and right and drive forward and backward. The capacity of our store loaders ranges from 100 to 400 tons per hour, depending on belt width (70, 80 or 100 cm) and motor power.
