Bij ons vindt u duobanden van de beste kwaliteit en de beste merken, zoals Miedema en Climax. Deze duobanden zijn modulair en makkelijk te bedienen. Daarnaast zijn ze in lengte verstelbaar waardoor ze in vrijwel ieder bedrijf toepasbaar zijn. Duobanden zijn compacte units die bestaan uit twee gekoppelde transportbanden. Doordat ze op deze manier in elkaar gezet zijn, kunnen ze in een hoek ten opzichte van elkaar geplaatst worden. Hierdoor zijn ze natuurlijk erg flexibel plaatsbaar en toepasbaar. Eenvoudig in gebruik, snel inzetbaar en makkelijk om grote afstanden mee te overbruggen, bijvoorbeeld tussen losplaats en opslagplaats. De capaciteit van de duobanden wordt natuurlijk mede bepaald door de afmetingen en snelheid.
Het gebruik van de duoband
Wanneer u een duoband koopt, worden deze natuurlijk bij u afgeleverd. Ze worden op elkaar vervoerd en bij aankomst hydraulisch van elkaar getild. Vervolgens worden ze elektrisch uit elkaar geschoven. Onze duobanden kunnen namelijk in- en uitschuiven waardoor de lengte kan variëren. Zo hebben we duobanden die ingeschoven 6 meter lang zijn en wanneer ze uitgeschoven wel 20 meter lang zijn. Onze duobanden zijn te koop in bandbreedtes van 70, 80 of 100 centimeter en hebben variërende bandsnelheden tot wel 100m3 per uur. Duobanden kunnen om de bocht of in een hoek werken en hebben een minimale instorthoogte van 50 centimeter en een maximale uitstorthoogte van 175 centimeter.
